Elms Farm Bridge

About this project

Elms Farm is a residential development located near Stansted Mountfitchet, consisting of 53 plots. As part of the project, a steel access bridge was required to provide access over the Stansted Brook for a local farmer.

BDC was responsible for designing the foundation abutments for the bridge, working closely with the bridge supplier to determine the necessary design specifications. We also produced the detailed construction drawings. The bridge was successfully installed in March 2018, providing essential access to the local farmland.
