BDC was engaged to provide specialised consultancy services to Bishop Auckland Hospital, focusing on the structural integrity of its external walls. The scope of the project encompassed a thorough due diligence assessment to evaluate the condition of the walls and to ensure the soundness of the embedded brick ties, which play a critical role in maintaining structural stability.
